Sure Shot Collision Repair is locally owned and family operated. Not a chain, not a franchise, and not a shop where you speak to a different person every time you call. Alex runs it, and he is the one who will walk out and look at your car.

The business was established in 2010 at 3578 Forest Ln in Garland, and between the owner and the technicians there is well over twenty years of experience in this trade. That combination matters more than it sounds. Body work is a craft skill, and the difference between a repair that disappears and one you can find from ten feet away is almost entirely down to how many times the person doing it has done it before.

Two halves of the same shop

We work on all makes and models, and the work splits into two halves. Collision repair, paint, dent work and glass are what pay the bills. The classic restorations you will see in the photographs are how the crew keeps its hand in, and they are the reason a customer once described the shop, on the wall sign inside, as highly wreck-o-mended.

How we handle an estimate

What we try to be straight about is scope. Estimates are free and take about 10 to 15 minutes, and if part of what you were expecting to pay for does not actually need doing, we would rather tell you that than write it onto the sheet. The lifetime workmanship warranty exists for the same reason. It only costs us money if we cut a corner.
