Chapter 01
North Texas hail, and the parking lot dings
Storms roll through the Dallas area every spring and summer, and a bad ten minutes leaves a roof, hood and trunk lid covered in shallow dimples. The paint is usually completely intact. Only the metal moved.
The other half of this work is door dings. Someone opened a door into yours at the shops, or a cart rolled across the lot. Same situation: a dent in the panel with the paint surface unbroken.

Working the metal from behind
We reach in behind the panel, through the trunk, a door panel or the engine bay, and massage the metal back into shape against the light. It is slow, quiet work done by feel and by watching how a reflected line bends across the surface.
Because nothing is sanded, filled or sprayed, the factory paint stays exactly as it is. That means no color matching to get wrong, no blend into the next panel, and no waiting for paint to cure. It is usually both cheaper and faster than a conventional repair.
Chapter 03
When it is the wrong answer
Paintless dent repair needs intact paint. If the paint is cracked, chipped through, or the metal is stretched or creased sharply, we will tell you it needs conventional bodywork and paint instead of pretending otherwise.
