After a crash, the damage you can see is rarely the whole story. We check what the impact did to the structure before we touch a panel.
Chapter 01
The first thing we check after a crash
A bumper cover can look almost fine while the reinforcement bar behind it has folded and pushed the rails back. That is why the first thing we do is look past the panel you are worried about, at the frame rails, the subframe mounts and the suspension geometry.
It matters because a car that has been pulled out of square drives differently and, more to the point, will not fold the way it was designed to fold if it gets hit again. Straightening structure is what makes the second crash survivable.

How the repair actually runs
We start with a free estimate that takes about 10 to 15 minutes. You will get a straight answer about what is structural, what is cosmetic and what can honestly be left alone.
From there the car is disassembled far enough to see the real damage, structure is brought back to spec, then panels, filler work, prep and paint follow in that order. If the insurance company is involved, we deal with the adjuster directly rather than leaving you to relay messages. Several of our customers have said the insurance side was the part they expected to be worst and turned out not to be.
Chapter 03
Why it is worth doing properly
A cosmetic-only repair looks right in the parking lot and shows itself six months later as uneven tire wear, a steering wheel that sits off center, or doors that stop closing cleanly. Those are structural symptoms wearing a cosmetic disguise.
